Our consultant chefs have over 30 years combined experience in restuarants all around the world Andrew Tomkinson: For 15 years, Andrew has been involved with an array of international food businesses with experience ranging from fine dining (such as The Grill at The Dorchester & Alain Ducasse au Plaza Athénée) to more casual eateries (such as North Bondi Fish & The Grounds of the City). Marzio Lanzini: Having been brought up in his family's restaurant, Marzio is no stranger to the realities of owning a hospitality business. After serving in the military, he went on to accumulate over 15 years of experience working in some of the world’s finest establishments across Spain, Argentina, Italy, England, Israel and Australia.
