This unique app works as an editable timer as well as allowing you to adjust your reps per minute to make a training even more intense and entertaining.Beginners will find a simple interface to start a workout in one click. Advanced users have more options to fine-tune their workouts to fit their needs.
This App offers:
- Ability to set up prepare, work, rest, rest between sets, cool down time, number of cycles and sets.
- Intervals can be configured individually. With this interval training timer you can create any interval workout with any sequence of intervals.
- Add descriptions to intervals that will be displayed on the timer screen and will be voiced.
- Adjust your reps per minute.
